He has over 10 years of work experience having worked with PwC Kenya as an auditor in the Assurance Private department.
He specialized in the audit of financial service entities (Banks, Micro finance institutions, Insurance Companies, Investment Banks and SACCOs) and manufacturing entities. He has also worked in the PwC Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) Group in East Africa as an IFRS Consultant.
Previously he worked as an accountant at Waghela Associates, involved in preparing accounts for small and medium sized proprietorships, partnerships and companies.
Josphat holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Accounting option) from University of Nairobi and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K). He is an ongoing student of ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales).
